Janice has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a MBA from The College of William and Mary. She is married to Jonathan Sloan and they have three grown daughters, all of whom attended Howard County Schools. Janice and Jonathan live on the Chesapeake Bay in Pasadena. In her spare time she enjoys long distance open water swimming.
