• Cancel the listing at anytime.
  

Either you or the Pat Hiban Real Estate Group can cancel simply by faxing or e-mailing a note stating, "I want to cancel the listing." It's that simple. The cancellation becomes effective 24 hours after required notice. However, please allow five business days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the MLS and the Internet.

You only pay a commission if the Pat Hiban Real Estate Group procures an offer that is acceptable to you.

• "No Pressure" presentation.
  

The Pat Hiban Real Estate Group will never allow you to be "pressured" by the buyer's agent and you will never be pressured by us. All offers will be faxed or delivered to our office and will be presented to you by phone and fax with our recommendations, so you can make your decisions privately.

*If you hold an open house, we do require you to use our signs. This program does not allow you to display any sign other than ours.
